After writing my first post, I thought, well shit, how do I get people to read this thing. So…I did what any logical person would, I went over to reddit and made a post…and it worked, people actually came and looked. The internet is a crazy place!

I get it, I should be shouting from the rooftops to all my friends and family and posting this all over my social media, right? Well, not really, I'd like to keep things anonymous. I feel like if we do it that way I can be more authentic, after all, even though I give ZERO ducks, other people might and I'm not here to make anyone feel bad about themselves. Plus, I feel like all my family and real friends would support me whether this thing sucked or not, so I feel like it would be cooler to build it without any help. Because I can't do that right? I'm not good enough to do anything like that, at least that's what I'll tell myself. But for now, let's see what happens.

Anyone watch the Masters? Who am I kidding, if you are anything like me you did. Thankfully my wife is amazing, I asked her if we could stay home, so I could watch vs going out with some friends and she couldn't have been more supportive.

I'm happy for Rory, glad that he won and got that monkey off his back. The grand slam is a serious achievement, but man, I thought for a second there he was going to be known for the most epic choke job, rather than the owner of the 5 grand slam. He looked like me out there on the back nine. The shot on 13 into the green after laying up….oof, we've all been there, the old shank into the water after playing the hole the right way. Sometimes that's just the way it goes. It was nice to see Scottie make a little bit of a run; he played well for the most part. I personally think it's crazy that people think he's had a rough start to the year, he's played in 7 events with 4 top 10's? This…all coming off the wrist injury? I think sometimes the media just has nothing else to talk about.

Now we're onto the NBA playoffs, who are we thinking this year? I might get some hate for this, but my dark horse pick is the Warriors. I love me some Steph Curry and I'd love to see him win another ring. They've been a whole different team since the Jimmy Butler trade. But outside of that, (this might be a hot take) I'd like to see any team other than the Lakers win.

For all my dads out there, anyone have any sort of special routine that you do with your kids each day that has meaning to you? Let me explain….ever since my kids could talk, at dinner my wife and I ask them 3 simple questions:

1. What did you have for lunch today?

2. What is one thing you learned today?

3. Who is one person you played with?

It’s amazing to see their little brains working and how quickly the types of responses we get from them change. I love that my kids have such different personalities and that their responses can differ so vastly, but at the.
